Hi, I’m Gretchen Kress, your steady guide through the beautiful, and sometimes overwhelming journey of planning a wedding or meaningful celebration.
I believe big moments should feel exciting, not stressful.
My role is to lead the way with calm confidence. Working to anticipate details and solve problems before they arise, making sure you feel supported every step of the way.

My love for planning started early. At fourteen, I planned my own birthday party (right down to baking the cake) and discovered how much joy I found in bringing people together thoughtfully and intentionally.
That passion grew even deeper when my two sisters and I all got married within two-years. After planning my own wedding and helping my sisters create theirs, I knew this was where my heart and my skill set belonged.

Serving others is where I find life’s purpose. Bringing peace and joy to other people is what I strive to do everyday in my life and in my business. You can trust that when you work with me, your happiness will be prioritized.
When you work with me, you’re not just hiring a planner, you’re gaining a trusted partner who genuinely wants your day to be everything it should be.

At my core, I’m a problem-solver and a planner. I obtained my MBA, thrive in complex situations, and don’t shy away from challenges. I’m detail-oriented, a resourceful jack-of-all-trades, and genuinely enjoy finding solutions to any problem thrown at me.
Whether it’s managing logistics, refining timelines, repairing a dress, removing stains, navigating family dynamics, or building an altar—I’ve got you!

I live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with my husband, Stephen, and our beagle, Louie. I grew up in Buffalo, New York and I am a proud member of Bills Mafia. I love to cook, and spend as much time outdoors as possible. Together my husband and I love a good adventure and enjoying the beauty of the world.
