Gretchen was beyond what we could’ve hoped for as our wedding day coordinator! We made the terrible mistake of not hiring someone to coordinate all the little details, but the day before the wedding, while we were overwhelmed and in over our heads, one of the members of our wedding party suggested we reach out to her. She was able to step in on ONE DAYS NOTICE and saved the day.
After a twenty minute conversation and a walk-through of the venue, she asked a few key questions, grasped our vision, and brought it to life. She handled everything with amazing care and attention to detail and made our wedding day the dream we hoped for. I don’t know what we would’ve done without her.

My husband and I were married in May of 2023. Gretchen was a wonderful support person throughout the process. With her help, we had a template for a guide to identify contact people, important timelines, items for setup and more that was able to be distributed to our wedding team. In addition, she was an asset to our wedding day.
Gretchen helped with our day of setup for our reception and also helped to coordinate the day. I never had to worry about anything. Gretchen was able to be a resource for any questions anyone had. She kept the day on schedule and also served as our emcee.
